I’m not going to convince you how cool telemarketing really is. Either you want to do it or you want to flee from it.
In this position you will be cold calling on business during business hours. Our telemarketers have a proven track record of success and they average $14-$16 /hr. Telemarketing is a flexible position that is fun and challenging at the same time. If you are good and trustworthy this can be a telecommuting position.
Telemarketers are ONLY part time as we do not want you to burn out, no matter how much of a rockstar you are.
If you have never done telemarketer here is what makes a great telemarketer at PRS:
– Can’t be overly serious

– Have to be able to speak clearly

Sales is the one true position where your earnings truly are unlimited.
In this position you are the feet on the street. You have unlimited earnings potential. You will be landing sales and signing new clients. You will be making leads through networking with various industries, cold calling, knocking on doors, doing seminars, the works. You have to be self motivated as people that sit in the office all day don’t stay employed very long. You will be representing one of the fastest growing payroll, hr and benefit companies in Maryland so you must be professional in all your dealings.
We will put you through a vigorous training program which teaches you how to sell, close and actually make money. In addition we will teach you to be knowledgeable about our industry and product selection. You will have many resources at your disposal for assistance. In this job there is no baby sitter, you are your own boss and your numbers do the talking.
We have two avenues for our sales candidates: experienced and green. Depending on where you are at will dictate the program we have available.
We will give you a base salary, car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, commissions, bonus plans and more.

Customer Service Specialist
Our payroll clerks are the most important piece to building a great company. We want happy cheerful individuals that like talking and communicating with clients. Bubbly personalities are a must (sorry Grumpy Cat don’t apply) .
You will handle our day to day operations of receiving client information and processing it 100% accurately. We strive to ensure that every employee’s check is always correct, right down to the penny. You must be diligent in your duties and be able to work under deadlines.
Perks of the job include great flexibility, awesome work environment, and not having to worry about outstanding projects to deal with.
You must have basic computer skills and know how to use the internet.
